Are you an experienced Oracle R2R professional with strong expertise in finance systems, accounting processes, and ERP transformation? We’re looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge Finance, Accounting, and Technology to drive robust R2R solutions.

? What You’ll Do
- Lead functional design and R2R design workshops with Controllers and Accounting teams
- Define ledger, calendar, currency, and Chart of Accounts requirements
- Specify Subledger Accounting and Intercompany rules
- Define conversion and reconciliation requirements
- Develop functional specifications, test scenarios, and SOX control documentation
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Lead root-cause analysis for production ledger issues
- Partner with engineering teams to translate accounting requirements into scalable solutions
? What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in Finance Systems with deep R2R expertise
- Robust functional knowledge of Oracle General Ledger and Accounting Hub
- Solid accounting foundation and ability to challenge proposed accounting treatments
- Experience in both sustaining support and transformation/program delivery
- Strong stakeholder management and decision-making skills with Controllers and Finance teams
- Professional accounting qualification is preferred
