: Oracle Core Database Administrator (DBA)​

Position: Oracle Core DBA

Location: Gurgaon (Onsite)

Experience Required: 3-9 Years.

NP-Immediate or 10 day.

Role Overview​-Seeking an experienced Oracle Core DBA to manage, optimize, and secure enterprise database environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in database administration, high-availability architecture, and performance tuning.

​Key Responsibilities​

Database Operations & User Management: Provision database instances, manage user accounts, assign roles and privileges, and enforce security policies.​Backup, Restore & Disaster Recovery: Implement and maintain backup and recovery strategies using RMAN, perform database cloning, and execute point-in-time recovery.​

Performance Tuning: Monitor system metrics, identify slow-running queries, optimize SQL execution plans, and tune database memory and storage parameters.​High Availability & RAC:



Administer Oracle Real Application Clusters (RAC) environments, manage ASM (Automatic Storage Management), and handle patching and upgrades.​

Troubleshooting & Support: Resolve complex database issues, analyze alert logs and trace files, and provide 24x7 operational support.

​Required Skills & Qualifications​

Minimum 3-9 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Core DBA in enterprise environments.​

Strong proficiency in Oracle RAC, ASM, RMAN, and Data Guard.

​Proven experience in database performance tuning and troubleshooting.

​Positive understanding of operating system concepts (Linux/Unix) related to database administration.
