Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Oracle CX Service Redwood Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Redwood applications for Oracle Fusion CX Sales and Service, with a focus on Service Request pages, reusable UI components, integrations, and business-specific extensions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize Oracle CX Service Redwood applications using Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Build and enhance Service Request pages, reusable UI components, page fragments, and Redwood extensions.
- Implement UI validations, event handling, role-based access, and REST API integrations.
- Develop and support Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)



integrations for Oracle CX Service.
- Work with Action Chains, Business Objects, Variables, SDPs, JavaScript, and Redwood components.
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications and integrations.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Oracle Fusion CX Sales & Service Redwood UI.
- Expertise in Oracle Visual Builder Studio (VBS).
- Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, Event Listeners, and UI customization.
- Hands-on experience with OIC, REST/SaaS adapters, orchestration, mappings, transformations, and monitoring.
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills.
