POSITION OVERVIEW : Oracle CPQ Consultant

Basic Qualifications

1. Required: Minimum 5 years of hands-on Oracle CPQ experience.
2. Preferred: Implementation Experience in CPQ Commerce and Configuration flows
3. Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SQL, Java/C#, JavaScript, jQuery, XML/XSL, and BML.
4. Domain Knowledge: Understanding of CPQ business processes, preferably in manufacturing or heavy industry.
5. Industry Experience: Familiarity with manufacturing constraints (material restrictions, lead-time calculations, etc.).
6. Process Improvement: Ability to analyze business processes and develop systems to enhance efficiency.
7. System Integration: Exposure to enterprise platforms (Salesforce CRM, SAP/ERP Cloud, E-Commerce) is a plus.
8. Development Methodologies: Experience with Agile/SCRUM is desirable.
9. Operational Insight: Knowledge of manufacturing/engineering processes is beneficial.
10. Global Collaboration: Ability to support multiple geographically dispersed teams.
11. Project Leadership: Proven track record of delivering complex projects.
12. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

- Oracle CPQ Developer Key Accountabilities

1. Develop a deep understanding of sales and quoting processes to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Evaluate existing CPQ solutions and identify opportunities for standardization and consolidation.
3. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement effective CPQ solutions.
4. Design and architect CPQ configurations and commerce flows to enable cross-selling of products (pumps, valves, seals).
5. Participate in hands-on solution development, ensuring scalability and compatibility across product lines.
6. Support testing and deployment efforts to maintain a stable and productive CPQ environment.
7. Review existing and proposed solutions with a focus on performance, stability, and optimization.
8. Integrate CPQ with enterprise systems (Salesforce CRM, ERP, etc.) in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
9. Provide troubleshooting and programming support for Oracle CPQ applications.
10. Foster continuous improvement by refining solutions and ideas through team collaboration.
11. Serve as a thought leader within the CPQ Solution Delivery team, contributing to the Enterprise CPQ program.
