Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Finance & SCM Technical Manager to lead technical design, development, integration, and delivery across Oracle Cloud Financials and Supply Chain Management modules. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to work closely with functional and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead technical architecture, design, development, and implementation of Oracle Cloud Finance and SCM solutions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle technical consultants and developers.
- Work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership across Oracle Cloud modules such as:
- Finance: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, and related Financials modules.
- SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Costing, Product Management, and related SCM modules.
- Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and other integration technologies.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud APIs, REST/SOAP web services, FBDI, HDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Lead technical development for reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and integrations.
- Review technical specifications, solution designs, code, and development standards.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis and resolution.
- Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and manage technical deliverables, timelines,



and quality.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide recommendations on technical solutions and best practices.
- Support testing, deployment, production stabilization, and ongoing application support.
- Ensure solutions follow Oracle Cloud best practices, security standards, and implementation guidelines.
- Co-ordinate with the Onsite functional and technical team as needed for all project deliverables throughout the different phases of the implementation.

Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of experience in Oracle applications/Oracle Cloud technical development, with significant experience in Oracle Cloud.
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Financials and SCM.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud technical architecture and development.
- Solid experience with OIC, REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience developing and supporting complex integrations between Oracle Cloud and third-party applications.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data models and technical architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale Oracle Cloud projects.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Oracle Cloud certification(s) in Finance, SCM, or technical technologies.
- Experience with Oracle ERP Cloud implementation, upgrade, or support projects.
- Experience working with US-based clients and distributed/global teams.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud security, reporting, extensions, and application development framework.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes across Finance and SCM.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
