Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Functional Consultant / Lead

Experience: 8+ years overall Oracle EPM experience, with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning / EPBCS / PBCS

Primary Skill: Oracle EPM Cloud – Planning & Budgeting (EPBCS/PBCS)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Planning & Budgeting Consultant/Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning (EPBCS/PBCS) . The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring and implementing enterprise planning, budgeting and forecasting solutions and should have strong functional understanding of FP&A; processes.

Mandatory Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud Planning / EPBCS / PBCS .
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting and FP&A; processes .
- Hands-on configuration of Planning dimensions, forms, business rules, calculations, security and workflows .




- Experience with Financial Planning and Workforce Planning .
- Solid knowledge of Essbase concepts.
- Experience with Data Management / Data Integration and loading actuals from ERP/source systems.
- Experience with Smart View and EPM reporting.
- Experience in business rules / calculation scripts ; Groovy experience is highly desirable.
- Strong requirements-gathering and client-facing capabilities.
- Minimum 2–3 end-to-end Oracle EPM Cloud Planning/EPBCS implementations .

Good to Have Experience with Groovy scripting, REST APIs, EDMCS, ARCS, FCCS, Narrative Reporting or Oracle Fusion ERP integration would be advantageous.
