Role OverviewWe are looking for an Oracle BRM Developer / BRM Consultant with hands-on experience in Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM/OBRM) within the Telecom domain.

The candidate will be responsible for BRM development, product and pricing configuration, rating, billing, invoicing, production support and troubleshooting. The role requires practical knowledge of BRM components, utilities, opcodes, SQL and Unix/Linux, along with experience supporting telecom billing operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure and support Oracle BRM/OBRM solutions for telecom billing environments.
- Perform product and pricing configuration for subscription and one-time products.
- Work on rating, billing, invoicing, payments and collections.
- Develop and implement new BRM requirements and change requests.
- Perform L2/L3 production support for BRM applications.
- Handle incidents, service requests and production issues through ITSM/Remedy.
- Analyze BRM logs, identify root causes and implement appropriate fixes.
- Perform BRM opcode customization, including Policy and Custom Opcodes.
- Configure and work with custom fields, classes, items, events and services.
- Work with BRM utilities such as pin_bill_day, load_price_list, pin_deploy and related utilities.
- Configure recent services and support end-to-end implementation of BRM functionality.
- Work with BRM tables and SQL queries for investigation and troubleshooting.
- Support billing and invoicing failures and perform RCA.
- Troubleshoot failed/stuck orders and telecom customer/product lifecycle issues.
- Support billing performance tuning where required.
- Deploy and configure BRM changes across development, test, pre-production and production environments.




- Work closely with functional, technical and operations teams to resolve BRM issues.

- Candidates with experience working on telecom operator billing platforms are preferred.

EducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
