Oracle Case Management Consultant – Frontend

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Case Management Consultant (Frontend) with strong expertise in Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, CCL queries, and Discern Visual Developer (DVA). The consultant will support frontend application development, customization, and integration within the Cerner healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and customize frontend applications using Discern Visual Developer Application (DVA).
- Write, optimize, and troubleshoot CCL queries for Cerner Millennium.
- Work with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium clinical and operational applications.
- Develop user-facing workflows, screens, and components for healthcare applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Troubleshoot application, query,



and integration issues.
- Collaborate with clinical, functional, and technical teams.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and production issues.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Cerner Millennium / Oracle Health.
- Expertise in CCL (Cerner Command Language).
- Hands-on experience with Discern Visual Developer Application (DVA).
- Frontend application development/customization within Cerner.
- Understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare information systems.
- Solid debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner PowerChart.
- Knowledge of Cerner clinical applications and integrations.
- Healthcare interoperability / HL7 knowledge.
- Experience working with Oracle Health production environments.
