Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented OPT Recruiter to source, screen, and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT staffing requirements. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of US recruitment processes, visa types, and job portals.

Key Responsibilities

Source OPT/CPT candidates from job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and databases.

Screen resumes based on client requirements and technical skills.

Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

Maintain a strong pipeline of OPT candidates for different technologies.

Collect required documents such as EAD, passport copy, resume, and educational details.

Work closely with the sales and recruitment team for submissions and placements.

Maintain daily reports and candidate trackers.





Build and maintain relationships with candidates and vendors.

Follow up with candidates until onboarding.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of US IT Staffing and recruitment process.

Knowledge of visa types like OPT, CPT, H1B, GC, and USC.

Experience using job portals such as:

Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder.

Solid sourcing and screening skills.

Ability to work in night shifts.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of IT technologies like Java, .NET, DevOps, QA, SAP, and Cloud.

Experience with ATS tools like JobDiva, Ceipal or Bullhorn.

Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
