- Source candidates across OPT categories.
- Build and maintain a solid consultant pipeline for internal hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, referrals, and other social platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
- Understand candidate skills, experience, work authorization, and job preferences.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to support consultant deployment.
