Manav Hospital, Ghaziabad is looking for a Cataract & LASIK / Eye Department Counsellor to join our growing ophthalmology team.

We are looking for an Optometrist or an experienced healthcare sales professional with excellent patient counselling and conversion skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Counsel patients for Cataract, LASIK & Refractive procedures
- Explain treatment options, IOLs and advanced surgical technologies
- Build patient confidence and address queries
- Coordinate with doctors and the ophthalmology team
- Follow up with prospective patients
- Maintain counselling and conversion records
- Contribute to department growth and patient experience

ADVANCED OPHTHALMOLOGY SERVICES

Our Eye Department offers advanced procedures including MICS Cataract Surgery, Premium/Trifocal IOLs, LASIK and advanced refractive procedures.
