Role Description The Operator role at Sansim is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Operator will be responsible for running and monitoring chemical processing equipment, following standard operating procedures, and ensuring safe handling of materials throughout the production cycle. Daily tasks include checking machinery settings, performing routine inspections, recording production data, and reporting any deviations or equipment issues to supervisors.

The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and order in the work area, supporting basic preventive maintenance tasks,



and adhering strictly to all safety and environmental guidelines. The Operator will collaborate with the production team to meet output targets while maintaining quality standards and minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

- Ability to learn and follow detailed operating procedures for chemical processing equipment and related machinery.
- Basic understanding of industrial safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment and secure handling of chemicals.
- Strong attention to detail, with the capacity to monitor processes, document readings, and identify irregularities.
- Good physical stamina and readiness to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve standing for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with supervisors and team members and report issues clearly.
- Secondary school education or vocational training in manufacturing, chemicals, or a related field; higher technical qualifications are an advantage.
- Prior experience as an operator or technician in a chemical plant or industrial setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required and comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
