- ITI or above
- Candidates with a relevant technical/industrial qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant industrial experience
- Experience in plant operations, ETP/STP/WTP/utility operations or similar industrial environments will be preferred.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plant equipment and machinery as per SOPs.
- Monitor operating parameters and ensure smooth plant operation.
- Carry out routine inspection of equipment and identify abnormalities.
- Start, stop and operate equipment according to approved procedures.
- Maintain daily operating records, logbooks and shift reports.
- Monitor equipment performance and report breakdowns or abnormalities.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel for equipment-related issues.
- Follow all safety procedures, SOPs and work instructions.
- Maintain proper housekeeping at the workplace.
- Ensure safe and efficient operation throughout the assigned shift.
- Immediately report critical operational issues to the Shift In-Charge/Supervisor.
- Perform any other operational duties assigned by the reporting supervisor.
Shift Requirement Candidates should be willing to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as per site requirements.
Salary
27,000–28,000 Take-Home per month
