MedsBee is a healthcare talent platform focused on helping hospitals, diagnostic centres and healthcare companies hire doctors across India.
We work across specialist hiring including Radiology, Critical Care, Internal Medicine and other clinical roles.
We're building MedsBee differently from a traditional recruitment agency — with a small, high-ownership team using technology, data, AI and strong execution to solve difficult healthcare hiring problems.
We're now looking for an Operations & Talent Generalist to work closely with the founder.
What will you actually do?
You will own healthcare hiring mandates from problem to outcome.
That means you may
- Identify and reach out to doctors across India
- Speak with candidates and understand their requirements
- Find creative ways of sourcing candidates when traditional channels aren't working
- Screen and shortlist candidates
- Coordinate interviews and follow-ups
- Manage candidate pipelines and trackers
- Analyse why particular roles are difficult to close
- Research salaries, locations and talent markets
- Communicate with clients when required
- Experiment with new sourcing channels and tools
- Use AI, automation and data to make our recruitment process faster
- Help improve MedsBee's internal systems and processes
This is not a role where you will receive an SOP for every task . Who are we looking for?
We're less concerned about your exact degree or previous job title and more interested in how you think and work.
You may be a good fit if you:
- Take ownership without needing constant follow-ups
- Are comfortable making calls and speaking with recent people
- Are persistent without being pushy
- Can figure things out when instructions aren't clear
- Enjoy solving difficult problems
- Work quickly and stay organised
- Communicate clearly in English and Hindi
- Are comfortable with spreadsheets and technology
- Use or are interested in using AI tools
- Can handle rejection without losing momentum
- Don't consider any reasonable task "beneath your role"
- Prefer responsibility over rigid job descriptions
Recruitment experience is useful but not mandatory . We are open to candidates from recruitment, sales, operations, healthcare, startups or other backgrounds if they demonstrate strong ownership and learning ability.

- Prefer highly structured jobs with fixed responsibilities
- Need detailed instructions before starting every task
- Are uncomfortable making calls
- Measure success primarily by completing assigned activities
- Want a role limited strictly to recruitment or operations

Compensation ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month depending on experience and capability + performance-linked incentives.
