Role Description The Operations Senior Manager will oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth planning and delivery of events at 245 Degrees. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram includes managing cross-functional teams, coordinating resources, and optimizing workflows from pre-event planning through post-event evaluation.

The person in this role will develop and implement operational processes, monitor budgets and timelines, and align internal teams and external vendors to meet client expectations. They will track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement,



and drive operational excellence across multiple projects simultaneously.

The Operations Senior

Manager will also contribute to strategic decision-making, risk management, and quality control to maintain high standards in service delivery.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in event management, hospitality, or related industries.
- Strong skills in project planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders with explicit communication and collaboration.
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight for multi-project operations.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and risk mitigation capabilities in dynamic environments.
- Proficiency with project management tools, scheduling software, and basic data analysis for performance tracking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present plans and reports to leadership and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, with flexibility for extended hours around major events.
- Experience leading process improvement initiatives (e.g., SOP development, standardization, or quality assurance programs).
