RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead, develop, and coach a team of project managers delivering complex operational and implementation projects for key clients and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee planning and execution across a portfolio of projects, ensuring scope,

milestones, dependencies, and success criteria are clearly defined and actively managed.

- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to align priorities, remove obstacles, and ensure end-to-end processes that intersect with project management are documented and optimized.
- Establish, maintain, and enforce standards for project artifacts, documentation,

communication, and status reporting to drive consistency and transparency.

- Monitor team capacity and workload, making informed resourcing and prioritization decisions to support predictable, sustainable delivery.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and escalations across projects, driving structured problem solving and timely communication with stakeholders.
- Provide regular feedback, performance coaching, and development planning for team members, supporting both business objectives and individual growth.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices, proposing and implementing enhancements to processes, governance, and ways of working.

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 6 years of related experience in project, program, or operations management within financial services or financial technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Typically requires 1–2 years of experience managing and developing project professionals,



including responsibility for performance and development.
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects or programs from initiation through delivery with clear business or client impact.
- Strong skills in organizing and prioritizing multiple concurrent initiatives, managing dependencies, and resolving issues in a structured, timely manner.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across functions and levels, including client-facing and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including comfort with presenting project status and handling escalations.
- Experience driving process improvement and standardization within a project or operations environment, with a focus on predictable, high-quality delivery.
