Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage day-to-day operations of the US Recruitment team, ensuring efficient delivery of services to clients.

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling.

- Oversee the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement, ensuring timely communication with both clients and candidates.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop strategic plans for growth and improvement in the US market.

Job Requirements :

- 6-11 years of experience in IT Staffing or Recruitment industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or Team Lead.

- Proven track record of success in client handling, RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing), and team management.

- Strong understanding of US staffing regulations and compliance requirements.
