About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of security and facility service operations, including manpower deployment, site supervision, discipline, compliance, client relationships, staff retention and team performance.

This is a highly field-oriented role and requires regular visits to client sites across assigned areas, including site checks and audits.

Key Responsibilities

Manage security and facility services operations end-to-end

Ensure manpower deployment and site staffing as per client requirements

Monitor attendance, discipline, uniform, conduct and duty performance

Conduct regular and surprise site visits/audits

Handle client meetings, complaints, escalations and service reviews

Monitor staff attrition, grievances, training and retention

Ensure compliance with PSARA, PF, ESI, minimum wages and applicable labour laws

Lead and monitor 3–5 Area Sales Officers and review their performance





Support sales targets, client acquisition, renewals and contract discussions

Prepare MIS and operational reports for senior management

Candidate Profile

✅ Bachelor’s degree

✅ 3+ years of relevant experience in Security Services, Facility Management or Manpower Services

✅ Proven experience in team/field operations

✅ Robust understanding of manpower deployment and site operations

✅ Knowledge of PSARA and labour-law compliance

✅ Strong communication, leadership and client-handling skills

✅ Good MS Excel/reporting skills

✅ English communication required; Hindi and Marathi preferred

✅ Willingness to travel 30% and conduct regular field/site visits
