We're Hiring: Operations Manager – UAE Business Setup & Compliance

Ofin Global helps entrepreneurs set up and run businesses in the UAE. We're looking for someone to build our UAE operations function from the ground up: set up the processes and systems, handle client work hands-on, and hire the team as we grow.
What you'll do
- UAE business setup, Free Zone and Mainland: proposals, applications, and coordination with authorities, PROs and clients
- Corporate bank account opening with banks and agents
- Accounting, VAT and Corporate Tax filings for UAE clients
- Audit coordination
- Build SOPs, trackers and workflows, then hire and lead the team
What you bring
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in UAE business setup and compliance
- Working knowledge of UAE VAT,
Corporate Tax and company laws
- Experience with EmaraTax and Free Zone portals
- Solid communication skills and confidence with clients
- Commerce graduate
