Position: Operations Service Executive

Location: 1262 SA, Goyala Industrial Area, Dewa Road, Chinhat, Lucknow, UP -226019

Compensation: Up to ₹30,000 CTC per month

Priority: Local candidates from Lucknow will be given higher preference.

Education: ITI/ Diploma or Graduate from any discipline.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end after-sales service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues in line with service standards.
- Act as the first point of contact for service-related queries, handling high call volumes with patience and professionalism.
- Identify service issues, investigate root causes, and escalate complex cases to technical/operations teams for quick resolution.
- Coordinate with logistics and spare parts teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Track service requests and follow up to meet internal quality benchmarks.
- Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups.
- Support seniors in handling escalations and difficult customer interactions.




- Prepare daily service reports and assist senior managers in execution activities.
- Coordinate communication between clients and project teams, managing the full product cycle for retail clients.

Requirements

- Proven experience in customer service, after-sales support, or service operations management.
- Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes and drive resolutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes calmly and professionally.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (logistics, finance, store, technical, operations).
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and project coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
