Germany, and Ireland .

We’re growing rapid and looking for an experienced Senior Operations Executive who can take ownership of application operations, student coordination, university processing, and partner follow-ups.

? What You'll Own

●Manage university & B2B applications end-to-end

● Conduct course & university searches for counsellors

● Verify academic & supporting documents

● Coordinate with students, universities & global partners

● Manage offer acceptance & application requirements

● Support IELTS/SAT bookings & initial visa forms

● Assist students with education loans & forex, coordinating with banks and students

● Coordinate visa documentation and processing

● Assist students with flight bookings & pre-departure requirements

● Handle invoices & application documentation





● Assist students with accommodation arrangements (on-campus/off-campus).

● Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth application processing

⭐ What We're Looking For

●3–5 years of relevant experience in Study Abroad / International Education

Operations

● Strong understanding of the overseas education application process

● Experience coordinating with students, universities, partners and banks

● Excellent communication, follow-up & documentation skills

● Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications
