Jinn is an on demand home cooks platform, operating in Bandra, Santacruz, Khar (West). We are looking for an operations manager to manage a fleet of 20 cooks and customer escalations.
Payout: INR 50,000 per month
Timing: Should be available for customer/cook calls and messages from early morning till 9 PM (Monday - Sunday). Office hrs: Monday - Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM.
It's not a hectic job, but it requires alertness, awareness and quick actions when escalations come in from customer or cook.
