About The Human Loops The Human Loops is a Physical AI operations company providing data collection, annotation, validation, teleoperation, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) services for global AI and robotics companies. All our data is collected by in-house teams, with no subcontracting and no gig workers.

Job Summary

This is Unique new type of job role, if you are someone who likes to experiment, solve problems and explore current fields this is for you!! We are trying to setup a Factory but for robots to collect data and train on!

If you have been running a tradional factory/industry but are bored from the regular life, that's the person we want to join and help build our factory with us!!

We're building one of the first dedicated Physical AI Data Factories in India: a facility where trained teams capture real-world human activity data at scale for the world's leading robotics and AI companies. We're hiring an Operations Manager to run our field data collection operation today and to grow into leading the Data Factory, managing a combined workforce of blue-collar data collectors, supervisors, and office-side coordinators.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll split your time between our office and the factory/field, owning targets, people, process, and the link between on-ground collection and our office teams for quality, processing, and technical updates.

Key Responsibilities

People &





- Team Management

- Lead a large team of Field Coordinators, Field Supervisors, and blue-collar data collectors across multiple capture sites and the Data Factory.
- Build discipline, attendance, accountability, and a strong on-ground culture within blue-collar teams.
- Plan manpower, rosters, and shift deployment based on daily and weekly collection targets.
- Hire, onboard, and train supervisors and collectors in partnership with HR.

Target &
- Execution Ownership

- Own daily, weekly, and project-level data collection targets, and make sure they're delivered on time.
- Track productivity, hours captured, site-wise output, and team-wise performance.
- Identify bottlenecks such as equipment, manpower, site access, or quality rejections, and resolve or escalate them quickly.

Office–Field Coordination
- Act as the bridge between on-ground teams and office functions: Data Quality, Processing, Logistics, and Infrastructure.
- Make sure quality feedback from QC reaches the field fast and turns into corrective action.
- Roll out new technical updates, capture guidelines, and client requirement changes to supervisors and collectors.
- Coordinate equipment movement, device readiness, and site logistics with the Logistics team.

Data Factory Setup &
- Scale-Up

- Help set up the Data Factory: workflows, station layouts, shift structures, and staffing plans.
- Design and enforce SOPs for factory-based capture, including safety,



hygiene, device handling, and data handling.
- Scale the team and processes as the factory grows, with a focus on consistent quality at volume.

Reporting &
- Compliance

- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports for leadership.
- Maintain trackers for targets, attendance, worker payments, and site performance.
- Ensure SOPs, company policies, consent processes, and data-security practices are followed at every site.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- MBA/PGDM in Operations, or related fields is an advantage.
- 5–9 years of operations experience, with at least 2–3 years managing large blue-collar teams (50+ people).
- Background in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, facility management, retail operations, field operations, or data/AI operations is preferred.

Required Skills

- Proven ability to lead and motivate blue-collar workforces while working comfortably with white-collar office teams.
- Strong target orientation, with the ability to run daily execution under tight timelines.
- Excellent planning, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Hindi and Marathi, with working English for reporting and coordination.
- Comfort with data and reporting tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Notion, Slack.
- Willingness to spend significant time on the floor and in the field, not just behind a desk.
