About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to lead our hotel during its pre-opening and operational phase. The role will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day hotel operations and ensuring high standards of guest service, staff performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and Guest Services.
- Lead, supervise and coordinate hotel staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Establish and implement SOPs, service standards and operational procedures.
- Ensure excellent guest experience and promptly address guest concerns or complaints.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Monitor housekeeping, maintenance and property standards.
- Support recruitment, staff training, scheduling and performance management.
- Assist with reservations, occupancy management and guest services.
- Monitor operational expenses, inventory and cost control.
- Maintain compliance with hotel, safety, hygiene and statutory requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Support the successful pre-opening,



launch and ongoing operation of the property.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping and general hotel operations.
- Experience with reservations, SOP implementation and cost control is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage staff effectively.
- Guest-focused, organized and comfortable working in a hands-on operational role.
- Hotel Management/Hospitality qualification is preferred.
