UXPective is a global UX design ecosystem that spans four countries and connects over 2000 design professionals worldwide. We’re hiring an Operations & Admin Lead to own our central business operations and administrative infrastructure end to end as a right-hand to the founder. This is an all-rounder leadership role. You will build and optimise the systems that keep all the verticals running seamlessly and streamline administrative workflows across the platform.

Your mission is to establish scalable operational foundations, recruit key contributors, and remove bottlenecks so UXPective can scale.

Key Responsibilities

- Platform & Business Operations: Drive cross-functional coordination across all teams, optimize daily processes, build workflow automations, and track key platform performance metrics (KPIs).
- Cross-Vertical Operations: Oversee day-to-day administrative and operational functions across all verticals to ensure seamless delivery and cross-team alignment.
- Administrative Leadership:



Direct office/platform administrative functions, and oversee our software tool stack (including LMS learning systems ).
- System Building & SOPs: Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and build transparent documentation systems from scratch to support long-term scaling.
- Talent Sourcing: Lead recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening interviews, and streamlining structured onboarding processes for new team members and contributors when required.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Min 4 years of experience in operations, hiring, or admin, with relevant experience in fast-paced startup or community-driven environments.
- An all-rounder who thrives at building systems, organising chaos, and solving cross-functional challenges.
- Self-directed and comfortable establishing operational infrastructure from the ground up.
- Strong communicator with close attention to detail, capable of managing talent pipelines and keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
