Role Description The Operations Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple interior and construction projects. This role includes coordinating project planning, resource allocation, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution from design through handover.

The Operations

Lead will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, site supervisors, and vendors, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and contractual commitments. Key activities include monitoring project progress, resolving operational issues,



optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction. The role also involves preparing operational reports, supporting senior leadership in decision-making, and maintaining strong communication with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

- Strong operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
- Experience in interior projects, construction management, or fit-out execution, preferably in residential or commercial environments.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships, procurement processes, and site logistics effectively.
- Proficiency with project management tools, MS Office Suite, and basic documentation/reporting practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in fast-paced settings.
- Clear and skilled communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience leading teams or supervising site operations; prior experience in a turnkey or design-build environment is an advantage.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
