We’re looking for an Operations Intern who enjoys finding creators and spotting formats worth testing.
What you’ll do
- Find creators who are a valuable fit for our clients and reach out through DMs and email.
- Follow up, negotiate rates and deliverables, and close creators for campaigns.
- Keep the creator pipeline organized and hand confirmed creators over for onboarding.
- Spend hours on TikTok/Reels finding viral formats.
- Save strong examples, explain why they work, and suggest ways to adapt the format for a consumer app.
You’ll be a good fit if you
- Understand short-form content beyond view counts: you can spot a strong hook and a format someone could repeat.
- Are comfortable sending cold outreach and following up.
- Communicate clearly, stay organized
