We have an urgent opening for the Position of Operations Executive in Sales Support in Leading Life Insurance Company.
Responsibilities
- To accelerate the customer onboarding pipeline through expert coordination and execution of the Video KYC process for local and NRI clients.
- You will ensure customer KYC and Sales Compliance process is handled with speed, accuracy, and qualified excellence to drive timely policy issuance
- Conduct live Video KYC sessions as per regulatory guidelines.
- Support periodic compliance audits and internal reviews.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers (RMs) for customer scheduling.
- Assist in document collection and pre-screening
- Identify red flags and escalate suspicious cases to Compliance
- Demonstrates high attention to detail with strong accuracy in handling customer cases and operational tasks.
- Possesses clear and articulate verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to confidently interact with global stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, to support international time zones and ensure seamless service continuity.
