Key Responsibilities

● Manage and coordinate day-to-day freight forwarding and logistics operations.

● Coordinate with customers, transporters, shipping lines, airlines, CHA/customs agents, warehouses, and other service providers.

● Handle import/export shipment coordination and ensure timely execution.

● Arrange pickups, transportation, deliveries, and shipment dispatches.

● Prepare, verify, and maintain shipment-related documentation.

● Track shipments and provide regular updates to customers and internal teams.

● Follow up with transporters, carriers, and vendors for timely movement of cargo.

● Monitor shipment schedules and proactively identify and resolve operational delays.

● Coordinate with customers regarding shipment status, documentation, delivery requirements, and queries.

● Maintain accurate shipment records, operational reports, and MIS.

● Coordinate with the accounts team regarding freight invoices, vendor bills, and operational charges.

● Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.

● Handle customer concerns and coordinate timely resolution of operational issues.





● Support the team in maintaining service quality and achieving customer satisfaction.

Candidate Profile

● Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, logistics, shipping, or 3PL operations.

● Good understanding of import/export and freight forwarding processes.

● Strong communication and coordination skills.

● Good follow-up and problem-solving abilities.

● Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook/email, and basic computer applications.

● Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities.

● Detail-oriented with robust documentation and organizational skills.

● Experience with ERP/TMS/WMS or freight-forwarding software will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
