Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Operations Executive with solid knowledge of Material Receipt Notes (MRN), material issuance, store operations, inventory management and stock tracking. The candidate should have hands-on experience in maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating with production, purchase and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Receipt (MRN): Prepare and maintain MRNs, verify received materials against purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
- Material Issuance: Issue materials to production and other departments as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate issue records.
- Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock movements, maintain inventory records and ensure accurate stock availability.
- Stock Tracking: Track inward and outward materials, conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Store Operations:



Manage day-to-day store activities, material storage, stock arrangement and inventory control.
- ERP Management: Update material receipts, issues, stock transfers and inventory transactions in ERP software.
- Reporting: Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports covering material receipts, issuance, stock balances and shortages.
- Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, production and warehouse teams to ensure timely material availability and smooth operations.

Required Skills
- 3–7 years of experience in store operations, inventory management or warehouse operations.
- Hands-on experience in MRN preparation and material issuance.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock tracking and physical stock verification.
- Working knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.
- Understanding of FIFO, stock reconciliation and inventory control.
- Experience in furniture manufacturing or a similar manufacturing industry will be preferred.
