- Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers Welcome)
Key Responsibilities:
- On-Site Operations: Oversee daily corporate cafeteria operations, smooth food counter flow, and site logistics.
- Vendor & Supply Management: Coordinate with partner kitchens and vendors to ensure quality standards, food safety, and compliance with SLAs.
- Digital & Tech Adoption: Assist users on-site with app-based ordering, digital payments, and automated kiosk systems.
- Audit & Quality Control:
Perform routine hygiene checks, service audits, and handle site escalation processes.
- Customer Support: Gather employee feedback and resolve queries to maintain high customer satisfaction.
What We Are Looking For:
- Hospitality background with strong communication and site-coordination skills.
- Ability to handle high-volume rush hours efficiently.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Excel / Google Sheets for daily operational reporting).
