THE CHANCE A contractor calls asking for "wo wala 25mm elbow," describes it three different ways, and sends a blurry photo. Most people would guess. The right person knows exactly what he means, knows which supplier has it, knows what it costs, and has it on its way before the call ends.

If you've run a hardware, electrical or plumbing counter or a distributor's desk, you've done all of that before. That experience is worth more to us than any degree.

Buildenza is a quick-commerce platform for building materials. More than 1,000 products are live, and we're launching 60-minute delivery to construction sites across West Hyderabad. I ran a hardware counter for four years, so I know what this job asks of you, because I've done it.

This isn't an order-taking job. You'll own everything between a customer's message and the money in our account: orders, suppliers, stock, deliveries, payments and the numbers that show how the company is doing.

One honest thing before you read further: this role is wide. In a single day, you might identify a part from a photo, find a new supplier, chase a late delivery, and fix a pricing error. If you like owning the whole picture, you'll love it. If you want one narrow task all day, this isn't it.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

- Orders, end to end. WhatsApp orders by text, photo and voice note, confirmed, paid before dispatch, delivered within 60 minutes, and followed up afterwards
- Suppliers and stock. Daily availability checks on our fastest-moving products, current prices, a backup for every category, and new suppliers for items customers ask for that we don't stock yet
- Catalogue accuracy.



Correct prices, sizes and stock status on our store, working with our developer
- Deliveries. Booking and tracking every delivery, keeping delivery cost per order under control, and making sure the right vehicle is available for heavy items
- Money. Every payment reconciled daily, an invoice on every order, refunds and replacements handled, supplier invoices matched weekly
- Customers. Check-ins after delivery, reorder reminders, and complaints resolved the same day
- Inbound enquiries. Every lead from Instagram, Google or our website answered within minutes
- The numbers. A daily order log and a weekly operations report: what came in, how fast it went out, what went wrong, what's selling
- The system. Writing and improving how we run operations, and teaching product knowledge to new team members
