About the Role:

VY Ventures is looking for an experienced Operations Senior to manage day-to-day operational activities supporting the North American (NA) market. The role involves email communication, negotiation, compliance, documentation, audit coordination, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations and ensure timely execution of assigned activities.
- Handle professional email drafting, client/vendor communication, and follow-ups.
- Manage negotiations with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reports.
- Coordinate and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor process compliance and identify gaps or improvement areas.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues.
- Track escalations and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular updates to management.




- Support process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Manage communication with US stakeholders during the night shift.

Required Skills:

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent email drafting and business communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Good understanding of compliance, documentation, and audit processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook.
- Comfortable working in US Shift timings.

Preferred Profile:

- 3–10 years of experience in Operations, Compliance, Documentation, Audit, or related functions.
- Experience working with US clients or stakeholders is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience in email communication, negotiation, compliance, and audits are preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
