We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Operations Associates - Chat Support to provide seamless support to customers through chat-based interactions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent written communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle multiple chats efficiently while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and concerns via chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information and resolutions while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
- Document customer interactions and maintain appropriate records.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when required.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and customer experience metrics.
- Follow organizational processes, compliance guidelines, and service standards.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure issue resolution.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Undergraduate from any discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (Words Per Minute).
- Valuable comprehension and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer and internet navigation skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
- Prior experience in customer service/chat support is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to join immediately before 3rd October 2026.
