Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mangaluru Karnataka, India. This role involves managing day-to-day operational processes, monitoring workflows, and ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
The Operational
Specialist will coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, document operational procedures, and help maintain compliance with client and company standards. The role also includes supporting process improvements, preparing operational reports, and assisting in resolving issues that may impact delivery quality or timelines. The specialist is expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and consistent service levels.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, identify patterns, and support operational decision-making.

- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to oversee daily workflows, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to procedures.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and support the coordination of multiple operational initiatives.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include strong attention to detail, proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools, and the ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment.
- A relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred, along with prior experience in operations or support roles.

B com / M Com / MBA graduate
Minimum 2 years or more experienced in relavant field
