About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Reconciliation Specialist with hands-on experience in logistics operations, reconciliation, and data analysis. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate reconciliation of operational transactions, identifying discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams and logistics partners, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily/weekly/monthly reconciliation of operational transactions, shipments, orders, deliveries, COD, and partner/vendor data.
- Reconciliation of overall shipments picked in the network.
- Investigate mismatches related to shipments, delivery status, billing, deductions, cancellations, and other operational transactions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Vendor Management, and 3PL/logistics partners to resolve reconciliation issues.




- Prepare reconciliation statements, MIS reports, and variance reports within defined timelines.
- Track outstanding discrepancies and ensure timely closure with relevant stakeholders.
- Validate data accuracy across multiple operational systems and Excel reports.
- Identify recurring discrepancies and support process improvements to minimize operational and financial leakages.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of reconciliation activities and adjustments.
- Support internal audits and provide required data/reports as and when required.
- Ensure adherence to defined SOPs, processes, and TATs.

Requirements

We are on the lookout for motivated and driven people who can work without supervision and take initiative. The candidate has to fulfill the following criteria:

- Excellent communication and writing skills. Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
- Problem Solving and Handling multiple stressful & complicated situations.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in logistics operations, logistics aggregation, reconciliation, or related roles
- Graduate in any discipline; preference for candidates with a background in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Ability to identify data discrepancies and investigate their root causes
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to listen and resolve conflicts with a high level of ownership.
