Role Description The Operation Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Indore. This role oversees day-to-day operational processes across wealth management, insurance, lending, and real estate services to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities include managing workflows, coordinating between advisory, research, and relationship teams, and implementing operational best practices and compliance standards.

The Operation

Manager will monitor key performance indicators, streamline processes, manage documentation and reporting, and support technology and system adoption to improve efficiency.



The role also involves collaborating with senior leadership on operational planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support SG Wealth’s client-first philosophy.

Qualifications

- Strong operations management and process optimization skills, including workflow design, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Experience in financial services operations (wealth management, banking, insurance, or lending) with an understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, portfolio or advisory platforms, and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to coordinate cross-functional teams and client-facing functions.
- Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, identify operational risks, and implement corrective or preventive measures.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail and a disciplined, structured working style.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or a related field; professional certifications in operations or project management are an advantage.
- Prior experience in managing on-site teams, mentoring colleagues, and driving continuous improvement and service excellence.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment, with a client-first mindset and high standards of integrity and confidentiality.
