WE’RE HIRING — OPERATIONS MANAGER Location: Mumbai Company: Rustic Home / Rustic Turquoise We are looking for an experienced and responsible Operations Manager who can efficiently manage day-to-day business operations and also support the sales team when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations, order processing and execution • Coordinate with workshop, vendors, delivery team and customers • Track production timelines and ensure timely dispatch & delivery • Maintain order records and regular follow-ups • Handle customer coordination and after-sales communication • Support the sales process, respond to customer enquiries and assist in closing orders • Coordinate with the internal sales team and ensure smooth communication between sales and production • Resolve operational issues and maintain smooth workflow What We’re Looking For:




- Strong communication and coordination skills • Good organisational and follow-up skills • Comfortable handling customers and sales enquiries • Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / WhatsApp Business • Previous experience in Operations, Retail, Furniture, Interior or Sales will be preferred • Responsible, proactive and capable of independently managing tasks Salary: Fixed Salary Performance-Based Sales Incentives This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing operations while also having the prospect to earn additional incentives through sales.
