The role

You will ensure that processes are executed accurately, on time and as defined, and act as the bridge between business teams and IT for ERP/CRM improvements.

What you'll do

- Verify the quality and accuracy of ERP/CRM inputs from Supply Chain and other departments
- Monitor Purchase, Planning, BOM, Stores, Inventory, Production, Quality, Subcontracting and Dispatch, and extend monitoring to Sales, Finance, HR, IT and support functions
- Identify process gaps, missing controls, delays, duplication and manual interventions, and track them in a Process Gap / Improvement Register
- Write requirements and process flows, coordinate development with IT, and run UAT through to implementation
- Track Plan vs Actual, overdue actions and commitments across departments
- Conduct process and transaction audits, and drive RCA and CAPA to permanent closure
- Lead automation, digitization, Kaizen and continuous improvement
- Build MIS and dashboards on compliance, delays, gaps and improvements

Who you are

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical,



Production, Industrial, Electrical or Instrumentation (MBA Operations is an advantage)
- 3-7 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or engineering
- Good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes
- Hands-on with ERP/CRM and robust in Excel/MIS
- Skilled in process mapping and workflow design
- Knowledge of RCA, CAPA, Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma is a plus
- Able to translate business needs into system requirements
- Strong communicator who can follow up and work with both senior management and operating teams

How success is measured Process compliance and transaction accuracy, fewer repeat errors, on-time execution, closure of process and system gaps, reduction in manual work, and measurable gains from improvement projects.
