Role & responsibilities

- Operations Management: Direct daily clinical and non-clinical workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across the out-patient department (OPD), in-patient department (IPD), and operation theaters (OT).

- Financial & P&L; Oversight: Drive bottom-line profitability, manage budgets, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to achieve unit targets and positive EBITDA.

- Quality & Compliance: Implement hospital policies, lead patient safety programs, and maintain readiness for accreditations and regulatory standards.

- Clinical Coordination: Serve as a bridge between hospital management and medical staff, supporting doctor engagement and optimal resource utilization.

- Patient Experience: Monitor and improve service quality, resolve grievances, and elevate overall patient satisfaction scores.





- Claims & Revenue Cycle: Oversee billing, third-party administrator (TPA) insurance desks, government panels (such as Ayushman/PM-JAY), and timely debt collections

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Masters degree in Hospital Administration (MHA), Healthcare Management (MBA), or Business Administration.

- Experience: 7 to 15 years of progressive experience in hospital operations and general management, with verified P&L; responsibility.

- Core Skills: Solid leadership, financial acumen, mastery of hospital workflows, and deep knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance.
