LMS Administrator

We are looking for an LMS Administrator to manage day-to-day LMS operations for Vodafone. The role will involve LMS/content administration, service & troubleshooting ticket management, user/trainer support, reporting, SLA management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

•Manage LMS/ViSearch content uploads, replacements, pack creation and updates.

•Process service and troubleshooting tickets within defined TATs.

•Provide first-level support to users/trainers through LMS helpdesk/email.

•Resolve queries with high First Contact Resolution (FCR) and minimal escalations.

•Coordinate with Corporate Training, Circle/Cluster Training and cross-functional teams.

•Maintain ticket trackers, MIS and operational reports.

•Ensure accuracy and quality of all LMS actions and content updates.

•Monitor SLA adherence and proactively follow up on pending requests.

Required Skills & Competencies:

•Hands-on experience in LMS administration / LMS operations.

•Good understanding of learning content management and LMS workflows.





•Strong MS Excel skills for maintaining trackers and preparing MIS reports.

•Good written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong ticket management and problem-solving skills.

•Ability to understand user issues and provide first-level troubleshooting.

•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

•Ability to work with defined SLA/TAT requirements.

•Good stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills.

•Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritise tasks effectively.

•Solid documentation and reporting skills.

•Proactive approach towards identifying recurring issues and process improvements.

Required: 2-5 years of experience in LMS Administration. Strong MS Excel, communication, ticket management, stakeholder coordination and attention to detail are essential.
