Job Overview:

We are looking for an Odoo Technician to manage, troubleshoot, and support our Odoo ERP system. The role involves handling day-to-day technical issues, system configurations, user support, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth ERP operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Provide day-to-day technical support for the Odoo ERP system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Odoo-related technical issues and configure Odoo modules based on business requirements.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and permissions.
- Support Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, and Manufacturing.
- Assist with data entry, import, migration, and validation.
- Identify system issues and coordinate with developers or external Odoo partners when required.




- Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
- Monitor system performance and ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Maintain proper documentation of technical issues, solutions, and system changes.
- Work closely with different departments to understand their ERP requirements.

Required Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo ERP support, preferably from manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of Odoo modules and configurations.
- Basic knowledge of Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and APIs will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets with Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements in fast paced environment.
