? Design Engineer – Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering from a reputed University with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience i.e. designing of RCC and Steel Structures in Industrial Segment.

? Senior Design Engineer - Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering from a reputed University with a minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience i.e. designing of RCC and Steel Structures in Industrial Segment.

?CAD Designer (Autocad) – Should be a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering / ITI passed with Auto CAD Certificate. Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience i.e. drafting of RCC or Steel Structures. Candidates having experience in both RCC and Steel drafting / exposure to 3D drafting software will be preferred.

?CAD Designer (Tekla) – Should be a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering / ITI passed with Tekla Certification. Must have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience using Tekla software. Candidates having experience in both RCC and Steel drafting / exposure to 3D drafting software will be preferred.

?Senior CAD Designer – Should be a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering / ITI passed with Auto CAD Certificate.



Must have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of relevant experience i.e. drafting of RCC or Steel Structures. Candidates having experience in both RCC and Steel drafting / exposure to 3D drafting software will be preferred.

? Group Leaders – Should be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil / Structural Engineering from a reputed University with a minimum of 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in leading a team of approx. 12 to 15 Design Engineers and Drafting Team.

Technical

Competence and In depth Knowledge in the relevant field is essential. Should also be taking the responsibility of the Team Performance, Deliverables with quality of the product, Mentoring and focus on continuous improvement.

Good Communication

Skills will be preferred.

For all the above positions experience in Cement Industry will be preferred.
