About ZillOut

ZillOut is a venue management platform used by restaurants, bars, cafés and event spaces across India. We handle reservations, POS, loyalty, payments, events and guest feedback in one system. Restaurants are busiest at night, which is exactly when they need us most.

About the role

Venues run late, so we do too. This is a night shift role, 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST, fully remote. You'll be the person our partner venues reach when something needs attention during their busiest hours. You'll sit in venue WhatsApp groups, respond to requests, fix what you can yourself, and escalate the rest to our tech team with the right detail. You'll also help venues get the most out of new features.

What you'll do

- Monitor venue WhatsApp groups and support channels through the night, and respond quickly
- Handle day-to-day requests such as menu changes, configuration updates and small edits
- Troubleshoot issues on the platform; resolve what you can and escalate the rest with clear detail on what happened
- Track issues through to closure and keep the venue informed




- Walk venues through new features over call or video
- Maintain clean records of requests and issues so patterns are visible
- Work with the ground team when something needs someone physically at the venue

What we're looking for

- Graduate, preferably in computer science, IT or a related field
- Genuinely comfortable with technology: dashboards, admin panels, spreadsheets and basic troubleshooting come naturally to you
- Excellent written English and Hindi; most of this job is written communication
- Able to stay calm and clear with a stressed restaurant manager at 1 AM
- Reliable home internet and a quiet place to work
- Available for night shifts, including weekends on a rota

Valuable to have

- Experience in technical support, customer success or SaaS operations
- Familiarity with POS, reservation or restaurant systems
- Comfort reading error messages and API responses
