Job Title: Business Development Executive – Online Bidding & Direct Sales
Location: Mohali, Punjab
Experience: 1–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through online bidding platforms and direct sales channels.
- Search and qualify relevant projects on Upwork, Freelancer, Guru and other platforms.
- Prepare and submit customized business proposals based on client requirements.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to generate new leads.
- Communicate with international clients, understand their requirements and present suitable IT solutions.
- Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, emails, chats and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare appropriate solutions and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing, scope,
timelines and commercial terms with prospective clients.
- Convert qualified leads into successful projects and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain and update CRM, lead databases, bidding records and sales pipelines.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling and repeat business.
- Track competitor activity, market trends and new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular reports on bids, leads, meetings, conversions and revenue generated.
Required Skills
- 1–5 years of experience in BDE / Online Bidding / IT Sales / Direct Sales.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales and international client acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Solid proposal writing, negotiation and convincing skills.
- Experience in cold calling and direct sales.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
