About the Role

We are looking for an some who is 7 years or more experienced OneStream Lead Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise OneStream solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Reporting, Data Integration, and Enterprise Architecture , along with the ability to lead technical delivery and mentor OneStream consultants and developers.

You will work closely with Finance, IT, and Business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing OneStream applications.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

- Define end-to-end OneStream application architecture and solution design.
- Design cube structures, dimensional models, workflow profiles, and security frameworks.
- Establish governance, coding standards, development practices, and architectural guidelines.
- Lead solution design workshops and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Review architecture for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.

OneStream Development

- Develop and optimize OneStream Business Rules using VB.NET .
- Design and configure Cube Views, Dashboards, and Reporting solutions.
- Configure Workflow Profiles and application processes.
- Develop and manage Data Management processes.
- Implement and configure OneStream Marketplace solutions.
- Perform application performance tuning and optimization.
- Review technical implementations and code quality.

Data Integration

- Design integrations between OneStream and ERP, HCM, Data Warehouse, and enterprise systems.
- Configure connectors,



transformation rules, and automated data loads.
- Implement data validation, reconciliation, audit controls, and integration monitoring.
- Work with REST APIs, SIC, and external integration frameworks .
- Support integrations with SAP, Oracle, Workday , and similar enterprise platforms.
- Troubleshoot complex integration and data-related issues.

Financial Processes

- Configure and support Financial Consolidation processes.
- Implement FX Translation and Intercompany Eliminations .
- Develop and configure Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting models.
- Configure Scenario and Version Management.
- Develop management reporting and analytics solutions.
- Partner with Finance teams to streamline financial close, planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Leadership & Delivery

- Lead OneStream implementation and technical delivery teams.
- Mentor consultants and developers on architecture and development practices.
- Review technical designs, development approaches, and code quality.
- Support project estimation, solutioning, technical proposals, and client presentations.
- Lead client workshops and technical solution discussions.
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex functional and technical issues.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, Business,



and other stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Required Skills
- Solid hands-on experience with OneStream XF .
- Expertise in OneStream Architecture, Cube Design, and Dimensional Modeling .
- Strong experience with Business Rules and VB.NET .
- Experience with Data Integration and Data Management .
- Strong knowledge of Workflow Design and Security Configuration .
- Experience with Financial Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting .
- Experience with Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics .
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases .
- Experience with ERP/HCM integrations such as SAP, Oracle, Workday , or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture and integration frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications
- OneStream Certified Professional (OCP) or OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) .
- Experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning, FCCS, or HFM .
- Experience with SAP BPC .
- Exposure to cloud architecture and enterprise integration frameworks.
- CPA, CMA , or relevant Finance background is an advantage.
