Newly hired on-field agent will be responsible for dedicatedly drive acquisitions based off a lead list.
- Onboarding outlets as per the lead list shared
- Ensuring seamless transition of outlets from onboarding to account management.
- Bringing escalations to the notice of city and central teams wherever applicable.
- Onboarding EANO and NRO accounts passed on by the City, Central and VAM team.
- Handling onboarding escalations for their respective cities coming from
Central/Website. Ensuring proper starter pack ( marketing )is subscribed to the restaurant with proper hygiene.
