Role Description The Ola Scooter Service Technician at Reparo is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata. The technician is responsible for performing routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and repairs on Ola electric scooters to ensure optimal performance and safety. Daily tasks include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, carrying out corrective actions, and documenting service activities in line with company standards.

The role involves interacting with customers to explain identified issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance schedules in a clear and professional manner. The technician also supports field service activities when required, maintains a clean and organized workspace, and follows all safety and quality protocols.

Qualifications

- Robust skills in Maintenance & Repair and Maintenance for electric two-wheelers or similar vehicles.
- Ability to perform effective Troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical,



and electronic systems.
- Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site diagnostics and repairs.
- Solid Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and respectfully.
- Basic understanding of electric vehicle components, batteries, and charging systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service instructions.
- Relevant vocational training or certification in automotive/electric vehicle technology is preferred.
- Comfort working on-site in a workshop environment and occasionally in the field, with adherence to safety standards.
- Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
