Role Summary

At Decathlon SGS Mall, we’re looking for passionate individuals to join us as Omni Sports Advisors / Workshop Technicians.

This role is a key driver of our purpose to Move people through the wonders of sports. You'll be responsible for creating seamless customer experiences across in-store and digital touchpoints, driving sales, and promoting sustainable solutions. Success in this role means being a sport ambassador, a problem solver, and a trusted teammate.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers to understand their sport needs and offer the right solutions
- Drive both physical and digital sales through layout, product expertise, and omnichannel tools
- Ensure the store layout is secure, appealing, and easy for customers to navigate and explore
- Offer value-added services like personalisation, repairs, second-life, and buyback




- Maintain stock accuracy and availability to ensure a complete sport range is accessible
- Be part of sport events, local communities, and sustainability initiatives
- Contribute to team success by sharing feedback, learning, and best practices

What We're Looking For

- Sport enthusiast with a natural drive to help and engage others
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with digital tools and eager to learn more
- Energetic, reliable, and responsible, you show up and own your work
- Flexible to work across shifts and weekends (retail hours)
- Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus (not mandatory)
