Role summary

Take Ultimutt to where pet parents are: residential societies, pet stores, vet clinics, parks and pet events. You will plan and run on-ground activations and partnerships that generate leads and bookings.

What you will do

- Plan and execute BTL activations:



society (RWA) camps, kiosks, stalls at pet events, and pet park activations.
- Build partnerships with vet clinics, pet shops, pet boarding and trainers for referrals and co-marketing.
- Generate on-ground leads, capture them in the CRM and hand over to Sales for conversion.
- Negotiate permissions and costs with RWAs and venues; manage vendors, material and promoters.
- Track leads, bookings and cost per activation, and share weekly learnings.

What we are looking for

- 2–5 years in field sales, BTL marketing or activations in a consumer business.
- Strong network or comfort working with RWAs, societies and local retail across Gurgaon and Delhi NCR.
- Confident communicator in Hindi and English; high energy and comfortable with field work.
- Own two-wheeler and willingness to travel across our cities.

Good to have

- Experience in pet care, healthcare or home services activations.
